Sandra Neate

Associate Professor Sandra Neate has have been a facilitator at varies Multiple Sclerosis Events. She is also a principal research fellow at the University of Melbourne and a specialist emergency physician and have held roles at the Victorian Institute of Forensic Medicine, Coroners Court of Victoria and Victorian Mental Health Tribunal. In these roles, she translated clinical expertise into public health and built research activity in these jurisdictions. Associate Professor Sandra joined the Neuroepidemiology Unit at its inception in 2015 and has headed the Unit since 2019. Her current research interests are conducting a large trial assessing the effectiveness of an online lifestyle modification course for people with MS and the role of diet quality in MS.
