Samah Torchani

Samah Torchani, responsible for the oversight of the content development of the FSI online course, joined the IMF in 2016, as economist in Financial Institutions Division, Statistics. She has broad experience in financial statistics, and in the areas of technical assistance and training. Before joining the IMF, she worked at the Bank of Canada as senior economist, and her expertise was mainly on macro-financial linkages issues and monetary policy.
