Sabine Koch




Sabine is the Strategic Professor of Health Informatics at Karolinska Institutet and Director of its Health Informatics Centre. She is also the Programme Director of our Global Master’s Programme in Health Informatics. Sabine received both a MSc and a PhD degree in Medical Informatics from Ruprecht-Karls University Heidelberg, Germany. Her fields of interest include computer supported models for collaborative care, guideline-based clinical decision support, human factors/ usability and evaluation of eHealth solutions.

An introduction to the eHealth field featuring practical examples. KIeHealthX will introduce students to the field of eHealth and its opportunities and challenges. During the course you will get to know the different concepts that are used in the field and learn how it developed historically. This basic knowledge will help you to understand the opportunities and challenges of the field.
