Roberto Toledo Rodríguez is a project management instructor and consultant with more than 18 years of experience in the field. Currently he is Associate Director of Alpha Consultoría, which is a Project Management Institute certified training firm. Also, he is an Associate of Alpha PM Consulting, Inc., which is a subsidiary firm based in Chicago, IL. More than 25,000 executives from diverse industries have been trained by both firms. Roberto is also coordinator of the Project Management Certificate Program from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) and Chetaah Learning representative for Latin America. He holds an undergraduate degree in Architecture from Universidad Iberoamericana in México, Project Management Professional (PMP) certified from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and holds a Master´s degree in Management from ITAM. Roberto has taught various courses and given conferences on the subject to more than 15,000 executives from diverse companies, in more than 10 countries from America and Europe. He is a PMI active associate, where he has held various senior positions in Mexico City´s Chapter. He currently is a contributor for PMI´s Voices in Project Management blog, and active member of PMI´s Educational Foundation board.
