Raphaël Van Steenberghe

Raphaël van Steenberghe is Professor at the International Law Centre of the University of Louvain (UCL) and Research Associate of the Belgian National Fund for Scientific Research (FNRS). He is also Lecturer at the Royal Military School of Belgium as well as at the University of Lille (France). He received his Ph.D. in Law at UCL in 2009. He holds a LL.M. in International Law at Cambridge University (UK). He obtained his Master Degrees in Law and Philosophy at UCL in 2001 and 2002, respectively.
