Philip Ramsden

Dr Phil Ramsden taught A-level Maths and Further Maths a long time ago, but has for many years worked in the Mathematics Department at Imperial College, London, where he is a Principal Teaching Fellow. He teaches at the College, in the Departments of Mathematics, Physics and Aeronautics; he is also a leading contributor to the College’s work with schools, having run a wide variety of programmes for pupils and teachers. He develops and commissions e-learning resources in Maths across the College. He is a regular masterclass speaker, especially via the Royal Institution. In his spare time he is part of a quiz team, and is slowly learning German.
