Ozlem Aydin

Ozlem Aydin is an economist in the Public Financial Management Division of the IMF’s Fiscal Affairs Department, advising IMF member countries on a broad range of PFM issues, including budget reforms, public investment management, and PFM legal and institutional frameworks. She has contributed to IMF's capacity development support and analytical work on climate change, including participating in climate-public investment management assessments (C-PIMA) and co-authoring the Green PFM Climate Note and upcoming How-To-Note. Prior to joining the IMF, Ms. Aydin worked at the Turkish Treasury as a senior associate. She holds an L.L.M Degree from the Georgetown University Law Center.
