Miriam Tamene

Miriam Tamene is a Senior Financial Sector Expert in the Debt Capital Markets division, Monetary and Capital Markets department, of the IMF. Prior to joining the IMF in 2013, she was at the UK Treasury, where she worked for 13.
Miriam’s responsibilities at the Fund include leading the policy work on Medium-Term Debt Management Strategy (MTDS). She has an MBA from Imperial College (UK), MA in Economics from University of Toronto, and Honors BA, with double major in Economics and Math from York University (Ontario, Canada).
