Member of the Medium Term Development Effectiveness External Pillar Implementation Action Plan Program (PRODEV ) of the Inter-American Development Bank´s Institutions for Development Sector. He has worked as a consultant in institutional development areas; strategic planning; and monitoring and evaluation initiatives for public institutions and international organisms, such as the United Nations Children´s Fund (UNICEF), International Labor Organization, and the World Bank. He has also served as an evaluator for OFCT programs of the Department of Labor of the United States. Has published various work related to public policies, primarily in the areas of management for results, monitoring and evaluation, and social policies. He studied anthropology in the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador and holds a master’s degree in business administration from ESPE university in Ecuador.
