Martín Sosa Sartori is a specialist in the IDB's Transportation Division in the Paraguay Country Office. He has worked for more than 10 years in the preparation and execution of road, urban transport, and logistics projects. Martín is a Civil Engineer and Master in Organization Engineering, specializing in Technological Project Management from the Polytechnic University of Madrid.
