Gigi Lui Che-heng

Dr. Lui is a Senior Teaching Fellow in the Department of Building Services Engineering of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong. She graduated from the same department and university with a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) degree in Building Services Engineering in 1995 and a PhD degree in 2001. She joined the same department and university as a Demonstrator in 2001.
Dr. Lui, as the only winner, won the David B. Gratz Scholarship, a competitive scholarship for graduate students enrolled in Fire Science or Fire Engineering Programs outside of the United States in 2000. The scholarship was funded by the National Fire Protection Association, Fire Safety Educational Memorial Fund, National Fire Protection Association, Quincy, Massachusetts, U.S.A.
