Debra Lunt

Debra began her teacher training career in the area of English as a Second Language, where she was fortunate enough to work with colleagues highly skilled in collaborative learning and has been a fan of co-operative learning ever since.

Since 2009, she has worked in the Workforce Development and Training team at Central Institute of Technology. Debra’s current areas of interest include effective communication in the workplace, the role of co-operative learning in reaching students at risk and the role of training in organisational culture change.
