David Lawrence is a communications specialist supporting the Quality Infrastructure Investment Partnership under the Infrastructure Finance, PPPs & Guarantees group of the World Bank. He has worked in communications for nearly 12 years supporting World Bank Group programs in infrastructure, disaster relief, and reconstruction, and thought leadership. Previously, he worked for the International Finance Corporation in operations, managing investment and advisory services programs in Asia and the former Soviet Union. David is based in Ottawa, Canada.
