Claudia Franchesca de los Santos

She is an outstanding specialist in the administration and supervision of road and civil construction projects, with more than 25 years of experience in the development of State projects in the Dominican Republic. She obtained a Civil Engineering degree and then completed a postgraduate degree in Construction Administration, both degrees obtained at the Technological Institute of Santo Domingo (INTEC). Vice-Minister of State of the Ministry of Public Works and Communications for two periods (1996-2000 and 2004-2017), she is the current Executive Director of the National Institute of Traffic and Land Transportation (INTRANT).
