Catalina Margulis

Ms. Margulis is consulting counsel in the central bank team of the Financial and Fiscal Law unit of the IMF Legal Department. She is seconded from the Central bank of Chile and her experience includes assessments of, and technical advice on, the legal structure, governance, and autonomy of central banks. She is a national from Chile and holds a Master of Law degree from Harvard Law School, a Diploma on Public Economic Law from Universidad de Chile, and a Law Degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
