Alberto Nogales-Moyano

Alberto studied computer science engineering at Universidad Pontificia de Comillas in Madrid and earned a master’s degree in software engineering and artificial intelligence from Málaga University. Alberto also did his master’s thesis in Technische Universität of Wien. The thesis consists of combining techniques used in the Semantic Web to solve multiobjective problems. From 2012 to mid 2013 Alberto worked as a researcher at Málaga University in various projects related to bioinformatics using ontologies and thesaurus. Alberto became a member of the IERU group at Alcalá University collaborating in the agINFRA and SemaGrow projects related to the field of agriculture in May 2013. He is a specialist in ontology matching, mappings, and big data.
