Aditi Raina

Aditi Raina is a PPP Specialist with the Infrastructure Finance, Public-Private Partnerships and Guarantees (IPG) Group at the World Bank, working on infrastructure investment planning, infrastructure country assessments as well as climate-resilient maritime and road projects in the Pacific Islands. She has recently co-authored a paper on the de-carbonization of transport with a focus on railways as well as global benchmarking reports for railways, ports, and airports in developing countries. She holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and a Master’s in Development Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
