Valeri Karpov is a Node.js Engineer for MongoDB. He’s the maintainer of an open source project called mongoose, a popular tool for working with MongoDB and Node.js, as well as several other MongoDB-related Node.js modules.

He also coined the term “MEAN stack” in 2013.
