Scott Sheridan Wishar

An American "expat" in Europe for almost 20 years, Scott served a year as a Lobbyist at the European Parliament, and as a Business Analyst and Systems Consultant for Federal Express on both sides of the Atlantic. In addition to Scott’s U.S. legal training (J.D., University of Pittsburgh), he holds a Licence spéciale en droit européen (LLM, Université libre de Bruxelles), as well as an MBA, a Master of Public and International Affairs, and a Master of Science in the Management of Information Systems from the University of Pittsburgh. Scott currently serves as Assistant Dean for International Programme and Associate Director of the Anglo-American Law Program at the University of Navarra School of Law and is Of Counsel, with Brosa Abogados y Economistas.
