Sanja Bogojević

Sanja Bogojević is an Associate Professor in Environmental Law at Lund University, Sweden. Her research examines the interplay between states and markets in environmental markets, and explores the intersections between administrative and environmental law in this regard. This is discussed in detail in her book, 'Emissions Trading Schemes: Markets, States and Law', published by Hart Publishing. Her current research looks at legal constructions of environmental markets for different commons, comparing in particular rights created in nature.
