Dr. Paul J. Rich is president of the Policy Studies Organization in Washington, D.C. and president of Westphalia Press. He is also an Adjunct Professor at George Mason University as well as a Visiting Fellow with the Hoover Institution at Stanford University. He has published works in social capital, secret societies, freemasonry and fraternalism, scholarly publishing, the Middle East and Gulf, tertiary education, symbology and ritology, Rite of Memphis-Misraim, distance learning, defining of policy studies.
