Lotta Renström Koskela

MD PhD Clinical Teacher
Lotta is a urologist at the Karolinska University Hospital and a clinical teacher in urology at Karolinska Institutet. Her main interest is functional urology, neurourology and reconstructive urology. She works primarily with patients suffering from urinary incontinence and bladder emptying problems after major surgery and radiotherapy to the pelvis, as well as patients with bladder emptying problems related to injuries and diseases of the nervous system. In addition, she is genuinely interested in education and is a popular teacher and tutor in urology. Together with Lars Henningsohn, she has participated in developing Karolinska Institutet’s education in urology.
