Johannes Riis

 

 


 

Johannes Riis is associate professor in film and media studies, Department of Media, Cognition and Communication, University of Copenhagen. He is an expert in film theory and film analysis and especially acting styles in film. Besides articles in international journals on acting, film and emotions, naturalist and classical styles of film acting, he has written the book The Art of Acting – Feelings in Films.
