Gianni Bianchini




Gianni was born and raised in South Florida and began playing piano at age 4. Through the Influence of his family and friends he quickly began playing Jazz and by the time he attended Dreyfoos School of the Arts in West Palm Beach Florida, he had already began performing jazz concert regularly in the South Florida area.​​​

​​“Every time I would go for a drive with my Dad when I was kid, He would always play Frank Sinatra, Oscar Peterson, Nat King Cole and many other Artist that influenced me as a musician”​

Upon his high school graduation, Gianni attended Florida International University for a year where he was selected to play with Grammy winner Arturo Sandoval in the FIU big band. As much as he enjoyed the Jazz scene in Miami, Gianni left FIU and accepted a Scholarship from Berklee College of Music in Boston to further his musical studies in 2009. While living in Boston Gianni performed at numerous venues in the area and studied under Ray Santisi. During his studies Berklee Gianni also began composing film scores and collaborating with students who attend Emerson College and Boston University. ​​​

Gianni graduated Magna Cum Laude From Berklee and Moved to New York City to Attend NYU for a Masters degree in Jazz Performance.While at NYU Gianni has studied with renowned pianists Kenny Werner, Jean-Michel Pilc, Gil Goldstien, and vibraphonist Stefon Harris Through NYU graduate program Gianni also has played with John Scofield at NYU. Gianni has also performed and recorded with Ralph Lalama and Ron McClure. In addition, Gianni has been teaching at the Palm beach county jazz camp with Duffy Jackson and Dr. Bill Prince for the past 5 years.

Gianni received his Masters from NYU and has recently moved to South Florida to work and is shape the jazz community with his music.
