Emma R. Norman is lead co-editor-in-chief of the international peer-reviewed journal Politics & Policy and was associate professor in political theory at the University of the Americas - Puebla, Mexico from 2003-2010. She obtained her joint B.A. in History and Government (1993), her M.A. in Political Theory (1994) and her doctorate in political philosophy (1999) from the Department of Government at the University of Essex, U.K., where she also taught international relations and political theory for three years.
