Ann M. Blair

Ann Blair is Henry Charles Lea Professor of History at Harvard University where she specializes in early modern European history and book history. She received her B.A. at Harvard (1984) and her PhD at Princeton (1990). She has been on the faculty at Harvard since 1996. She is the author of The Theater of Nature: Jean Bodin and Renaissance Science (1997) and Too Much To Know: Managing Scholarly Information Before the Modern Age (2010) and continues to investigate topics in intellectual history and in the history of pedagogical and scholarly practices.
