• Students and specialists located throughout the value chain of fruit and vegetables (farmers, agronomic advisors, technical personnel in cooperatives, professionals of fruits and vegetables logistics companies, wholesalers and retailers) that can extend their knowledge about how the different links of the value chain affect the final quality, and thus undertake improvements aimed at generating greater value throughout the chain.

For this, the contents for each one of the modules start from a basic knowledge (majority of consumers) to reach a higher level of understanding and analysis (for students and technicians).
