The partnership between SAP and Microsoft started almost 30 years ago. With the recent Embrace announcement between SAP and Microsoft in October 2019, SAP selected Microsoft as the preferred cloud provider, kicking off a whole new range of cloud-centric collaboration scenarios.
This course explains the advantages of the partnership and makes them more tangible on a technical level through practical examples. Starting with how Microsoft is helping to move SAP S/4HANA to the public cloud with Microsoft Azure, it moves on to more detailed scenarios with SAP Cloud Platform and Microsoft Azure.
To make the course as practical as possible we selected several key services from both SAP Cloud Platform and Microsoft Azure, such as leave request and invoice approvals, and combined them in different scenarios. The goal is to show what kind of integrations are possible, and to inspire developers to leverage key concepts and go beyond our envisioned scenarios.
