Becoming Efficient Technical Communicators (OpenLearning)
Technical communication is everywhere whether you realize it or not. it can be found in every aspect of your life. You see it first thing in the morning on the back of your toothpaste or your facial wash. and what's even more interesting is that you may have been a technical communicator at one point of your life or another. The objective of this course is to make you an efficient technical communicator, where you learn to differentiate and produce different types of technical communication.

This course is a 2 credit hour course that is offered over a period of 14 study weeks. There are 5 units, and each unit is divided into smaller managable parts. It is recommended that you complete each part within the stipulated time.

This course is "hands on" and "minds on" to help the information "stick" better. If you find it a little hard, you can always play and replay the videos, or read and reread the reading materials and so on.

At the end of the course it is hoped that you achieve all the learning outcomes. Along the way, you will earn kudos and badges and finally, a certificate of completion upon completing the course.
