The Life of the Law (UNAV)
This course is designed to appreciate the role of the Common Law Methodology within the U.S. Legal System, and developes an insight into the Case Law interpretive process.

Scott S. Wishart imparts a general understanding of the U.S. Legal System and the Common Law Case Methodology, developing a fundamental understanding of U.S. Legal System, its history and elements of its ongoing evolution. This course is designed to appreciate the role of the Common Law Methodology within the U.S. Legal System, and developes an insight into the Case Law interpretive process.

Unit 1: Intro Common Law Origins.

Unit 2: Legal concepts and vocabulary I.

Unit 3: Commmon Law Legal History.

Unit 4: Legal concepts and vocabulary II.

Unit 5: Common Law as Judge made Law.

Unit 6: Legal concepts and vocabulary III.

Unit 7: Sources of the Common Law.

Unit 8: Legal concepts and vocabulary IV.

Unit 9: Reading Common Law Case Law.

Unit 10: Legal concepts and vocabulary V.T


Note: The course is always open, once started you have to complete the course in 21 days.
