We have included a few fun exercises for you to do:

Life Change Stress Test: This is an exercise that will allow you to become aware of how much stress you may be experiencing and why. This is a very powerful exercise and you may be surprised to see some of the events that can cause stress like "getting married" and "going on vacation".

Your Top Ten Self-Care Activities: It's very important that you take the time to create your own self care plan. This plan will include the activities that you can do to feel better. It doesn't have to take a lot of time and it doesn't have to cost money. Taking a few deep breaths, going for a walk around the block, listening to an inspiring podcast or music, are some of the simple things that you can do to comfort yourself.

The 23 Minutes Morning Ritual: Having a morning routine can help you start your day with more energy and intention. We have shared an example. Feel free to use what you like, remove what you don't like, and test it for a few days. You could also create a "going to bed routine" to help you sleep better :-)

We hope you enjoy these exercises.
