WEEK 1

Intersectionality in the Workplace: Working with Diverse Teams

In this module, you will determine ways leaders within an organization can manage diverse teams, how to promote diversity and inclusion within a team, and how infusing DEI initiatives can build great teams within a company.


WEEK 2

Allyship

In this module, you will learn about allyship and determine what makes a good ally, the differences between performative and transformational allyship, as well as how to promote allyship within the workplace.


WEEK 3

Team Benefits of DEI

In this module, you will learn how employee performance can improve due to DEI initiatives, how diversity affects creativity, and the correlation between DEI and employee satisfaction.


WEEK 4

Workplace Best Practices

In this module, you will learn how companies can go from discussing diversity to implementation, how managers can promote DEI engagement, and how to overcome different types of bias in the workplace.
